As a proven Developer and Director, Ben excels at building and scaling complex operations. He currently leads the full-stack marketing and brand strategy for a 30+ business portfolio, where he has successfully built and implemented AI-driven marketing automations, scalable content pipelines (TikTok, YouTube), and advanced analytics dashboards. He combines creative instinct with data-driven discipline to drive measurable D2C sales and compound brand equity.

This operator’s mindset is powered by a creative’s heart and a technologist’s brain. As the founder of Nice Spaceship, a full-service creative agency, Ben has led all aspects of brand storytelling, video production, and campaign execution. He’s also a true pioneer in emerging media, having co-founded and led Greenfish Labs, one of the first commercial VR/AR production companies. In that role, he collaborated directly with engineers and R&D teams to make innovative technology tangible and desirable for consumers.

      Pioneer in VR Technology & Production

      Ben’s role as a pioneer was not just about timing—it was about invention. When he co-founded Greenfish Labs in 2014, the tools to create professional, high-resolution VR content simply did not exist. He had to build them from scratch.

      As CEO, Ben led a two-front operation: building a business while simultaneously engineering its core technology. While handling all CEO duties—securing funding, managing shareholder relations, finding clients, and leading all marketing—he was also:

      • Inventing Camera Technology: He developed and built custom 360° stereoscopic VR camera rigs, starting with a 14-GoPro array and later a more advanced system using 4 Sony Full-frame and fisheye lenses, all to push the limits of resolution for early VR headsets like the Oculus DK2.
      • Building Live Broadcast Workflows: He engineered custom workstations with the power to “live-stitch” 360° video from multiple cameras in real-time, enabling some of the industry’s first live 360° broadcasts for major events.

      • Developing Interactive Software: Beyond just film, Greenfish Labs also developed interactive VR software and tools using Unity, creating products like the “VR Golf Simulator” and “VR Build Space.”

      • Driving R&D Partnerships: This hands-on expertise led to key industry partnerships. Nokia recognized Ben’s work and provided Greenfish Labs with pre-release Nokia OZO development hardware to test and use in the field.

      This deep, technical foundation—literally building the cameras, the computers, and the software—is what allowed Greenfish Labs to thrive as one of the world’s earliest and most technically capable VR production companies.
